This is my Deda (grandfather), Frank Schultz.
He was born in the small town of Maňovice in the Czech Republic and raised on a farm. As a young man he had huge dreams and held strong to his morals. Then due to political oppression, he fled the communistic country on July 30, 1948.
My Deda inspires me to always do the right thing. Always reminding me that it won’t be the easiest road but it will be the most fulfilling.
Here is an interview done by the Czech Slovak Museum on the first time he saw American Soldiers as a young boy and how they inspired his American Dream.
I have recently gotten involved in DNA, shooting night life. I love it! I get to spend the night doing what inspires me most, photography, new faces, and music. Most of all I love dancing into the night like no one is watching!
This saturday DJ Suzanx was keeping me moving with great jams, busting a move till the end of the night at EOS!
I recently found this lived in chair at a garage sale. I feel in love! Thought it needs a little repair I wanted to take some portraits of my roomie on it before it goes into hiding for restoration. I love how the shot came out & we had a blast adventuring into the forest!
Over the weekend I shot a bunch of files for a stop action dance video. Here are some frames from the video. Can’t wait to finish editing this piece!
I as playing around with some light painting this week. I have an NYC skyline decal on my wall and I wanted to see it illuminated with the city lights. I can’t wait to see them for real one day.
